Effective date and scope of this agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 7p7 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or services provided through the website located at 7p7.bio ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

7p7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect as of the date they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English and governed accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 7p7 platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. 7p7 takes the protection of minors seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including requesting age-verification documentation at any point.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to you. 7p7 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and 7p7 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

1.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform:

• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from 7p7 or any related platform
• Employees, contractors, or agents of 7p7 or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories

2. Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration

To use the Platform you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must notify 7p7 promptly if any information associated with your account changes. 7p7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the Platform. If 7p7 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Duplicate accounts may be permanently closed and any balances or pending bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

7p7 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and, in some circumstances, before accepting deposits beyond certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification — National ID card, passport, or driving licence
• Proof of address — A utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the 7p7 platform

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit methods are subject to availability and 7p7 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases, subject to payment provider processing times.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used for a deposit to your account, unless an exception is approved by the 7p7 payments team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7p7 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. A player must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals may also be subject to a playthrough requirement equal to one times (1x) the deposited amount before a withdrawal of an unplayed deposit is permitted.

3.4 Refused Transactions

7p7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion, including where it suspects money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, 7p7 may report the activity to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

How promotional offers work on 7p7

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 7p7 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately; real-money funds are typically used first for wagering purposes.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

7p7 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent closure of the account:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using promotional funds on games excluded from the wagering contribution table
• Placing low-risk, hedge bets designed to exploit a bonus without genuine wagering intent
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers

4.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins or free bets expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated and no cash equivalent will be offered in substitution.

5. Gameplay & Fair Use

Technical malfunctions that prevent the proper completion of a game round may result in that round being voided and any wagers refunded. 7p7's records shall constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion — Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Cheating — Using any software, device, or technique to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Arbitrage betting — Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Exploit abuse — Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability
• Money laundering — Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling

5.3 Voided Bets

7p7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in connection with a pricing error, a data feed error, or where the integrity of the relevant market is in doubt. In such circumstances the stake will be returned to the player's account. 7p7 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.

6. Responsible Gaming

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7p7 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, and any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

7.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where 7p7 is found liable to a player under any cause of action, 7p7's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy & Data

7p7 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared where required by law, for payment processing, or for identity verification purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content on the 7p7 platform

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 7p7 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 7p7's prior written consent.

Game titles, brand names, and logos provided by third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7p7 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
